We understand that plans can change and we’ll always do our best to accommodate. Once you’ve purchased your ticket, cancellations made up to 48 hours before the event will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event are non-refundable, as materials and refreshments will already have been prepared. If we need to cancel or reschedule an event, you will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer your booking to a new date.
